Christmas Eve
On the 24th of December it’s Christmas Eve. Some
want to be alone on Christmas Eve, and other visit their family. Before Christmas
Eve, the family and friends exchange presents.
Some go to church for a church service. Then some go to the cemetery, to lay flowers on the family or friends graves. In Denmark there are many people, who go to church. In the evening the family gathers and eats Christmas dinner. Later in the evening the family open their presents.
